Lucid Dreams Tea Recipe
Do not drink this tea if you are pregnant. Mugwort and passionflower are known to cause damage to fetuses and end pregnancies.
Ingredients
- Mugwort (1 tsp)
- Passionflower (1 tsp)
- Chamomile (1 tsp)
- Water (10 fl. oz)
Equipment
- Kettle
- Mug
- Sieve or mesh
Instructions
- Put the water in the kettle and set it to boil.
- While waiting, put the plant matter in the sieve or mesh.
- When the water boils, pour it over the mugwort, passionflower, and chamomile.
- Wait 10 minutes, and consume.
